By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting documents
• Only submit documents that you have the legal right to share
• Not use our Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Accuracy and Limitations

UK Consumer Notice: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

Our total liability to you for any losses you suffer as a result of our breach of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Informed Decision and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Consumer Rights (India)

As our primary market is India, consumers have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. If our service is deficient, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to remedies including service correction, price reduction, or refund.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law. You have the right to file complaints with consumer forums at district, state, or national level depending on the claim value.
